Chicken Salsa Verde Flautas



  • 3 chicken breast (sliced in half) 
  • 1 Pack Mr Tortilla 1Net Carb tortillas 
  • 4 tomatillos 
  • Half onion 
  • 1 jalapeño 
  • Cilantro 
  • Salt (season to taste) 
  • Pepper (season to taste) 
  • Garlic powder (season to taste) 
  • Chili powder (season to taste)


  • Toppings: (optional) 
  • Guacamole 
  • Queso fresco 
  • Crema 
  • Onion 
  • Cilantro


  • Guacamole Ingredients: 
  • 4 avocado 
  • Half Purple onion (diced) 
  • 2 Jalapeño (diced) 
  • Handful cilantro (diced) 
  • Salt (season to taste)


  1. Preheat cast iron on medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and sear chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. 
  2. While chicken is cooking roast tomatillos, onion, and jalapeño. Cook until brown and add some water and cover until soft. 
  3. When done transfer to a blender, add cilantro and salt. 
  4. Shred chicken in the pan and add salsa. Mix 
  5. In another pan add oil on medium-high heat. 
  6. Prepare low carb flautas and fry until desired crunch
  7. Top with favorite toppings!
