CHICKEN TACOS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
What you need for the Guac:
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 of a small red onion
- cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- salt, pepper, garlic to taste
What you need for the Tacos:
- 4 small red/yellow peppers
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 chicken breast
- shredded cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder to taste
- 1 Pack Mr Tortilla 1Net Carb 3chiles tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cut the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro
2. Cut avocado into halves and remove the seed - mash !
3. Mix avocado with tomatoes, onions and cilantro
4. Add a salt, pepper and lemon juice
5. Cut chicken breasts into even size squares
6. Add salt, pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder
7. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
8. Once chicken is cooked through, add tomatoes and peppers to the pan
9. Remove chicken from the pan and dip the tortilla into the left over oil
10. Add cheese and chicken
11. Fold the taco over and press down with a spatula. Continue cooking until the taco is crisp and golden on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes on each side
