Low carb chicken tortilla soup is made with an Instapot

1 bag of organic steamed corn

2 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes

Sliced mini sweet peppers & onions

Seasonings:
- Garlic powder, Onion powder, coriander, cumin, chicken bouillon, Traders- everything but the elote seasoning, kinders taco blend, juice from 2 limes.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cooked for an hour and 45 mins, shredded the chicken. Served with crumbled queso fresco, cilantro and crumbled Mr Tortilla Crunch Chips 🙌🏻
