Low Carb Chicken Wrap
INGREDIENTS
For the Wrap filling
- Mr Tortilla 4 net carb tortilla
- Rotisserie Chicken
- Lettuce (or salad mix)
- Shredded yellow cheese
For Sugar Free Cluck in Sauce
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp Lakanto powdered sweetener
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp stevia sweetened BBQ sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk all ingredients above together in a small bowl. Add 1 Tbsp of water to thin out, if desired.
- Lay your tortilla, spread Sugar Free Cluck in dipping sauce all over tortilla wrap
- Add rotisserie chicken, lettuce (or salad mix) yellow shredded cheese
- Form a burrito cut in half & enjoy!
