Low Carb Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Mr Tortilla 1Net Carb 24pk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rao’s Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Shredded Mozzarella
  • 6 Slices of Pepperoni
  • ½ Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon of Shake Parmesan Cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Take a fork and poke multiple holes in the tortilla. Doing so will prevent it from puffing up in random areas.
  2. Rub the oil on the surface of the tortilla. You can use your fingers to spread the oil around.
  3.  Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and parmesan on top of the oil.
  4.  Cook at 400 degrees in your toaster oven for five minutes. If you do not have a toaster oven, you’ll need to let your regular oven preheat as the first step.
  5.  Remove the tortilla from the oven. Add sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  6.  Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
  7.  Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
